After my company creates a PDF and scans it, We would like to secure it when we send it to our customers so they can only have Read/View and print options. We also would like if copy features within the PDF can be removed?

After my company creates a PDF and scans it, We would like to secure it when we send it to our customers so they can only have Read/View and print options.  We also would like if copy features within the PDF can be removed?
