I can't seem to sign/fill documents with the new version.

I click on "fill&sign" but when i click on the appropriate field in the document I can't fill it in. The document has signing permissions. I also tried it on a document that I successfully signed about a year or 2 ago, and I couldn't sign that either. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
